Recruitment Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment tasks by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, and maintaining candidate records.
2. Support employee onboarding by preparing orientation materials, new hire documentation, and setting up employee accounts.
3. Organize and manage employee records to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
4. Manage administrative tasks such as handling office supplies, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
5. Draft and file HR documents, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary notices.
6. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by assisting with company events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
7. Enter HR data into systems and generate reports for senior HR staff.
