Recruitment Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential candidates and engage in conversations to understand their communication and interest in open job roles
2. Help schedule interviews and send reminders to candidates
3. Maintain accurate records of candidates contacted and their details
4. Inform candidates about job openings and the recruitment process
5. Follow up with candidates regarding their interview schedule
6. Report daily or weekly recruitment progress, including the number of calls made, interviews scheduled, and successful placements to seniors
