About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Hiring on a day-to-day basis
2. Sourcing candidates from job portals
3. Finding perfect and potential students for the project
4. Finding the right way to hire the candidates without causing loss to the company
5. Working on the recruitment of all technical and non-technical positions
6. Maintaining candidate database and generating reports from time to time
7. Odia speaking is a must
8. A smart and good communicating candidate is highly preferable
