About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source CVs and post jobs on various platforms like free job sites
2. Conduct telephonic screening, format CVs as per firm policy, schedule interviews, and follow up and coordinate at all stages from candidate screening until joining and post-joining follow-up
3. Coordinate internally with the director and maintain a basic Google Sheets tracker for candidate tracking
4. Manage non-IT recruitment with accountability and responsibility under guidance and supervision
