About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Cold calling: Make at least 40-50 calls a day to potential candidates.
2. Screening, sourcing, and scheduling: Screen resumes, source candidates, and schedule interviews.
3. Find the right candidates: Identify and connect with the most suitable candidates for job openings.
4. Posting jobs on portals: Post job openings on relevant job portals and platforms.
5. Daily report in Excel: Track and record daily activities and results in an Excel sheet for reporting.
