Recruitment Work From Home Internship

We are looking for a dynamic recruitment intern with excellent spoken English proficiency to join the team at Forgebs Technologies Private Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your recruitment skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings
2. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment systems
5. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
6. Participate in recruitment events and campus drives to attract top talent
7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
