Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing (cold calling ) and screening candidates for various job openings
2. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
3. Utilize effective communication skills to maintain relationships with candidates and clients
4. Coordinate interview schedules and provide logistical support for recruitment activities
5. Utilize MS-Excel to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
6. Design eye-catching recruitment materials using Canva to attract top talent
7. Collaborate with team members to support overall recruitment and placement objectives
