We are GrowMeOrganic, a growing SaaS company. As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Intern to help us build a talented team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and screen candidates for various roles, especially customer success and sales positions.
2. Use job portals, LinkedIn, Internshala and other platforms to find the right candidates.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring manager.
5. Maintain a database of candidates and track the hiring pipeline.
6. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
