About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Maintain and update recruitment databases and job postings.
4. Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
5. Support in creating job descriptions and job advertisements.
6. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
7. Use MS Office tools like Excel for data analysis and reporting.
