About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.
2. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates.
4. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback in the ATS and Excel.
