Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels.
2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
3. Coordinate schedules for interviews and follow-up meetings.
4. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
5. Collaborate with team members to organize recruitment events and activities.
6. Help maintain candidate databases and update recruitment reports.
7. Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 150 per recruitment).
