Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
2. Conducting initial screenings and interviews to identify qualified candidates who align with our values.
3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
4. Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and organized candidate data.
5. Cultivating relationships with universities, job boards, and professional networks to expand our talent pool.
6. Assisting in the creation of compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials to attract top talent.
7. Participating in recruitment events and job fairs to promote Marpu Foundation as an employer of choice.
8. Get at least 15-20 candidates as a minimum requirement for completing the internship and getting certified.
