About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in candidate sourcing and screening
2. Posting job openings on various platforms
3. Conducting initial phone screenings
4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews
5. Participating in campus recruitment events
6. Assisting in the preparation of job offers and onboarding documents.
7. Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
8. Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
9. Assisting with background checks and reference verifications
10. Contributing to the development of recruitment strategies
11. Assisting with employer branding initiatives
12. Researching industry trends and best practices
13. Providing timely and professional communication with candidates
14. Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives

Other requirements

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in HR, business administration, or related field

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

3. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities

5. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems

6. Understanding of basic HR principles and recruitment processes

7. Ability to work well in a team environment

8. Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow

9. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

10. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

11. Familiarity with social media and professional networking platforms

12. Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

13. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

14. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus

15. Willingness to travel for recruitment events as needed
