Recruitment Work From Home Internship

As a recruitment intern at Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust, you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition and play a vital role in shaping the organization's future by identifying and attracting top talent. Your excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) will enable you to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office will empower you to analyze data and streamline recruitment processes.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
2. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interests, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring managers
4. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements, ensuring accurate and compelling content
5. Support the recruitment team in maintaining the applicant tracking system, updating candidate information, and generating reports
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs, representing the company's values and attracting potential candidates
7. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and contribute to the overall success of the organization's talent acquisition efforts
