Recruitment Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talent sourcing & screening: Identify, source, and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
2. Client coordination: Understand client requirements, share relevant profiles, and manage feedback.
3. Interview & selection: Schedule interviews, coordinate with clients/candidates and ensure smooth hiring.
4. Database & ATS management: Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and recruitment records.
5. Candidate experience & engagement: Ensure seamless communication and positive interactions.
6. Market research: Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
7. Performance reporting: Track key hiring metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.
