About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the job specifications and role requirements shared by clients in-depth and attending client calls
2. Researching Naukri, LinkedIn, and the internet to find suitable candidates for the roles that the talent monitor is working on
3. Identifying suitable candidates, pitching the roles to them, getting their interests and briefing details on CTC, notices, and key aspects of CV whilst sharing them with clients
4. Generating at least 7 good-quality, interested candidates for each role
