Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Search and contact potential candidates via online social networking platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Monster.com, and Indeed.com.
2. Reach out to colleges and department heads to obtain student and fresher data.
3. Create personalized pitch books using Microsoft PowerPoint for recruitment presentations.
4. Assist the recruitment team in screening resumes and portfolios to shortlist candidates.
5. Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted applicants, ensuring smooth coordination.
6. Answer candidates' questions and concerns regarding the company structure, working conditions, and job role details.
7. Conduct background and reference checks for selected candidates to verify credentials.
8. Learn basic interviewing techniques from senior recruiters and line managers to develop interviewing skills.
9. Draft offer letters for new employees and coordinate the offer process.
