About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with posting job openings on various platforms
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
4. Conduct reference checks and background screenings
5. Assist with drafting offer letters and onboarding new hires
6. Maintain candidate database and update recruitment reports
