Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

4. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
5. Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
6. Assisting in the organization of recruitment events and job fairs
7. Contributing new ideas and strategies to improve recruitment processes
