About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research using various online resources (LinkedIn, job boards, industry reports) to identify companies with active hiring needs.
2. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform our recruitment strategies.
3. Assist in creating compelling presentation decks to showcase our services to potential clients.
4. Develop creative marketing campaigns to attract top talent and promote our recruitment firm.
5. Utilize AI writing tools to craft engaging job descriptions and social media copy for LinkedIn.
6. Assist in managing our social media presence by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
7. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, such as candidate sourcing and data entry (optional).
8. Research emerging recruitment technologies and best practices.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
