As a 'Reels Creator intern' specializing in Architecture & Interior Design at Kaarwan, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills through engaging video content. Your role will involve creating visually captivating reels that highlight our projects, services, and design process. You will work closely with our team to conceptualize and produce content that resonates with our audience and showcases the beauty and functionality of our designs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy for reels that aligns with the company's brand and goals
2. Create high-quality, visually appealing reels that showcase our architecture and interior design projects
3. Utilize your knowledge of information architecture to organize and present content in a clear and engaging way
4. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for creating reels on platforms like Instagram
5. Work with the design team to ensure that the visuals in the reels accurately represent our company's aesthetic and design principles
6. Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and feedback on the reels
7. Analyze performance metrics and use data to optimize future reel content for maximum engagement and reach

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 750 per video).
Kaarwan was formed by a group of architects from IIT Roorkee. We organize educational travel workshops to explore & promote traditional practices and revive indigenous skills. We hope to create awareness about the core issues of our country by taking along young professionals on travels across the country to help them understand such problems early in their careers and direct their energies toward solving them.
