1. Prepare detailed equity research reports and investment recommendations for internal teams, external clients, and institutional investors
2. Develop & maintain financial models with financial projections, along with valuations
3. Participate in investor conference calls held by corporations, extract key takeaways, and provide valuable insights to our clients
4. Assist in drafting content for annual reports, sustainability reports, and other important documents
5. Benchmark industry players on key performance parameters as well as valuation multiples and identify potential upsides
6. Work on compiling & summarizing equity research reports, quarterly reports, and event updates
7. Research industries and prepare regular update notes for key developments and macroeconomic trends
8. Track various sectors, prepare periodic newsletters and analysis
9. Prepare company profiles, management notes, and investor collateral documents, such as presentations, media notifications, management speeches, etc.
10. Create business plans for client projects
Eligibility:
1. Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
2. Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail
3. Analytical/problem-solving skills, to sort, analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
4. Familiarity with equity research reports, financial statements, and valuation techniques
5. Candidate with strong financial modeling skills may be preferred
6. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
7. Candidates who have cleared any level of professional certification such as CFA, or CA may be preferred
