About the work from home job/internship
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive database compiler intern to help us build a comprehensive database of NGOs and corporate contacts for CSR (corporate social responsibility) initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about research and networking, with a knack for finding accurate and detailed information through multiple channels.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Database Development:
Compile a thorough database of NGOs and corporates involved in CSR activities.
Collect and categorize key information, including organization names, focus areas, and geographical presence.
2. Contact Research:
Identify each corporation's CSR SPOC (single point of contact) through various channels.
Collect detailed contact information such as names, designations, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.
3. Communication & Outreach:
Contact corporates directly via phone calls to verify or obtain missing CSR contact details.
Engage with stakeholders professionally and courteously to gather accurate data.
4. Digital Research:
Extract relevant contact details, utilize online resources, including corporate websites, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
Ensure all data collected is accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive.
5. Data Management:
Organize and maintain the database using tools like Excel.
