About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with travel agents to help them expand their business with Visacrave.
2. Drive revenue growth by effectively cross-selling, upselling, and executing operational strategies.
3. Foster meaningful client engagement by conducting regular check-ins to ensure seamless use of Visacrave's services.
4. Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to user inquiries, enhancing the overall customer experience with Visacrave.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage transparent reporting, and identify initiatives and roadblocks for continuous improvement.
6. Assist in developing efficient processes that align with Visacrave's commitment to exceptional service.
7. Build a deep understanding of Visacrave's offerings to provide product demonstrations and address queries effectively.
8. Maintain and analyze performance data for travel agents, deriving insights to drive improvements.
