As a sales caller intern at Budding Mariners, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills and help drive the growth of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound sales calls to potential customers, deliver compelling sales pitches and convince them to choose our services. Your effective communication skills will be crucial in closing deals and building strong relationships with clients.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting sales calls to generate leads and secure new business opportunities
2. Crafting persuasive sales pitches that highlight the benefits of our products and services
3. Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
4. Following up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales
5. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
6. Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
7. Seeking feedback and training continuously to improve your sales techniques and performance

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
