About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting door-to-door visits to promote and sell Zivatika's skincare products.
2. Demonstrating product features, benefits, and uses to potential customers.
3. Identifying and generating new leads in assigned territories.
4. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
5. Collecting feedback to improve customer satisfaction and reporting to management.
6. Distributing promotional materials (brochures, samples, etc.).
7. Representing Zivatika at local events, fairs, or pop-up markets when required.
8. Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
9. Providing daily/weekly reports on sales, leads, and customer feedback.

Other requirements
1. Proven experience in door-to-door sales, field marketing, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Persuasive, confident, and outgoing personality.
4. Knowledge or passion for skincare and herbal products is a plus.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
6. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting is an advantage.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
