Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated sales intern to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Intern, you will support the sales team in identifying potential clients, engaging with businesses across the USA, Australia, and the Middle East, and helping drive sales of advertising space on Clicks . This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development in a fast-paced tech environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prospect Identification and Leads Qualification: Research and identify potential clients and businesses interested in advertising on Clicks
2. Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings
3. Sales Support: Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals to support sales pitches and client meetings
4. Market Analysis: Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities to enhance sales strategies
5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
6. Team Collaboration: Coordinate activities and contribute to team goals

Who can apply

2. can work from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm Singapore Time)

3. can start the work from home job/internship between 11th Aug'24 and 15th Sep'24

4. are available for duration of 6 months

5. have relevant skills and interests

1. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Possess an interest in sales and business development.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.

7. Driven and Results-Oriented: A strong motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.

8. Fluency in English: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively engage with international clients.

9. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.

10. Tech-savvy: Be comfortable using digital tools and platforms for communication and collaboration.

11. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a startup environment.

12. Cultural Awareness: Ability to engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, especially in target markets like the USA, Australia, and the Middle East.

13. Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing sales materials and maintaining records.

14. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

15. Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to client needs and challenges.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue received (after deduction of related fees by payment platform)).
