As a Sales Intern at Grizzlyn India, you will have the opportunity to hone your sales skills and make a real impact on our business. Your role will involve crafting compelling sales pitches, utilizing Salesforce to track and manage leads, effectively communicating our brand to potential clients, taking inbound calls every day, and updating our marketing team head accordingly.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales pitches that showcase the unique value of our products and services
2. Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
3. Develop a deep understanding of our HR Information System (HRIS) and HR Analytics to better tailor sales strategies to meet client needs
4. Assist in developing and executing HR branding initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new clients
5. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and drive revenue growth
6. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
7. Continuously seek feedback and mentorship from senior sales professionals to enhance your sales skills and knowledge

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per sale).
