We are seeking a passionate and dedicated global success intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will work closely with our post-sales customer support team and Inside Sales team to ensure our students receive exceptional service and support. They will embark on their study abroad journey mainly in countries like USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Australia, and New Zealand. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support management within the educational sector.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying potential customers through various channels (online research, databases, social media)
2. Making outbound calls to prospects to introduce products/services and qualify leads
3. Assisting in creating and executing email campaigns to nurture leads
4. Conducting follow-up calls with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
5. Working closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns
6. Assisting in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
7. Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
8. Maintaining records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system
9. Helping in onboarding new customers, ensuring they are set up and comfortable with the service
10. Helping prepare and organize necessary documentation for completed sales

2. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, International Relations, Education, Sales, or a related field (Recent graduates may also be considered)
3. Excellent communication (Fluency in English & Hindi is a must requirement) and interpersonal skills
4. Familiarity with post-sales support processes, customer service principles, inside sales techniques, and strategies
5. Previous internship or work experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus
6. Experience with handling customer queries, providing after-sales support, cold calling, lead generation, or sales support activities is advantageous
7. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
9. Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude
10. Time management skills
11. Basic knowledge of CRM system
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per lead).
