The sales executive will be responsible for following up with cold and warm leads, converting leads into consultations, and working with the sales team to close deals. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to guide potential clients through our wellness offerings and encourage them to book consultations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on leads.
2. Schedule consultations with potential clients and the sales team.
3. Conduct follow-up calls with clients who have shown interest but haven't committed yet.
4. Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
5. Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. Educate leads on WELLSPHERE360's services and programs, addressing any questions or concerns.

2. Exceptional verbal communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools and appointment-setting platforms.
6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
7. A proactive attitude and a passion for holistic wellness and sales.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of each close).
