About the work from home job/internship

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive intern to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to re-engage with leads and identify opportunities to help their businesses grow. The intern will work to understand client pain points, communicate our diverse service offerings, and qualify leads for further action.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Qualify leads: Contact and engage with leads to explore their current business needs and challenges
2. Understand client pain points: Ask insightful questions to uncover the underlying issues or goals the client is aiming to achieve
3. Promote services: Communicate the variety of services we offer and how they can address specific client pain points
4. Manage data: Update CRM systems with detailed notes from interactions, ensuring accurate tracking of client needs and follow-up actions
5. Collaborate with teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights gathered from client interactions
6. Report feedback: Provide regular updates and reports on the nature of client feedback and suggestions for service improvement

5. Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

6. Education: Pursuing or completing a degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field
