About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Implement and execute daily sales funnel activities to generate leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
2. Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to identify and qualify potential clients.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and messaging to effectively engage with prospects and drive conversions.
4. Assist in the development and optimization of sales collateral, email templates, and other marketing materials to support lead generation efforts.
5. Provide regular updates and reports on sales funnel performance, including key metrics such as lead conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
6. Support special projects and initiatives related to sales and marketing as assigned by the sales manager or senior leadership.
7. Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels and work with the team to try out new ideas and make ads better.
8. Keep an eye on how ads are doing using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a bachelors degree program in business, marketing, or a related field.

3. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

6. Prior internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
