About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support Team Collaboration: Work closely with support teams to implement automated sales workflows, data pipelines, integrations with third-party sales and marketing (S&M) apps, and campaign dashboards.
2. S&M Development Tools: Design, develop, and implement customized workflows in various sales and marketing tools, including workflows, templates, landing pages, and other marketing automation features, to meet the needs of the marketing and sales teams.
3. Analytics: Set up tracking and reporting mechanisms within HubSpot to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and customer engagement.
4. Development and Testing: Develop, test, and document workflows and integrations of various sales and marketing (S&M) SaaS tools and data transformations.
Requirements:
1. Have a knack for sales and marketing automation products like Salesforce, HubSpot, and other SaaS S&M tools.
2. comfortable working cross-functionally and on multiple projects simultaneously.
3. a team-oriented individual with a proactive approach and ownership of projects.
4. Possess strong analytical skills and be capable of analyzing complex problem statements and deriving actionable insights.
5. Have strong communication and teamwork skills; be able to share knowledge with colleagues and team members while being open to other ideas.
6. excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders across all levels, both internal and external.
7. Certifications in CRM platforms or marketing automation tools are advantageous.
8. Support the development and maintenance of relationships with existing stakeholders.
