Scrum Master Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1 Assisting in organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Collaborating with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure adherence to agile principles and practices.
3. Supporting the team in maintaining and updating agile tools and boards (e.g., JIRA) to track progress and manage tasks.
4. Helping identify and resolve impediments to team progress, escalating issues to the Scrum Master as needed.
5. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and contributing ideas for enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment and transparency.
