As an SEO intern at Elegant Systems Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills in search engine optimization and digital marketing.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
2. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and website visibility, mainly (90%) from within the UK and a small amount of traffic from around Europe.
3. Assist in the creation of SEO-friendly content and digital marketing campaigns.
4. Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize paid search campaigns and SEM strategies.
6. Provide reports and analysis on SEO performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
7. Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and translate insights into actionable SEO strategies.
The role will also require you to work on and help you learn additional digital marketing tasks. 1. Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Shopify.
2. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to understand on-page SEO elements like meta tags, headers, and alt text.
3. Experience with popular SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
4. Strong writing skills with a focus on creating SEO-optimized content.
5. Basic understanding of how social media can impact SEO and drive traffic to the website.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
