Key Responsibilities:
a. WhatsApp management:
1. Monitor and manage WhatsApp messages in a timely manner.
2. Respond to inquiries and messages according to predefined guidelines.
3. Flag and prioritize important messages for the Social Media Manager.
4. Maintain organized chat folders and ensure all messages are addressed.
b. Calendar management:
1. Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and appointments based on the social media manager's availability.
2. Send reminders and updates for upcoming meetings.
3. Coordinate with clients and other team members to set up meetings and calls.
4. Keep track of deadlines and important dates to ensure smooth operations.
c. Client outreach:
1. Research and identify potential clients in the fashion and beauty industry.
2. Craft and send introductory messages or emails to potential clients.
3. Follow up on leads and inquiries to secure new client opportunities.
4. Maintain a client database and update contact information as needed.
