Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content creation: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photos/videos for social media.
2. Reels & trends: Stay updated with viral trends and create high-quality Instagram Reels.
3. Engagement & community building: Interact with followers, respond to DMs, and create an active brand community.
4. Brand aesthetic: Maintain a cohesive boho-chic visual identity for all posts.
5. Collaborations & influencer outreach: Coordinate with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
6. Analytics & growth strategy: Track engagement metrics and suggest content improvements.

8. Photography & editing skills: Basic knowledge of shooting, lighting, and editing tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe.
9. Storytelling ability: Strong creative writing skills for captions, scripts, and brand storytelling.
10. Time management: Ability to plan and execute content calendars efficiently.
