About the work from home job/internship

As a social media manager intern at Yoliday, you will play a crucial role in fostering a vibrant and engaged online community. You'll collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create a positive and interactive space for travel enthusiasts, ensuring that Yoliday becomes the go-to platform for sharing, discovering, and celebrating travel experiences.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Community Engagement:
a. Engage with the Yoliday community across various social media platforms
b. Foster conversations, respond to comments and encourage user-generated content

2. Content Creation:
a. Assist in creating compelling and shareable content that resonates with our audience
b. Develop and curate content that highlights travel experiences, tips, and destination features

3. Campaign Support: Support the execution of community-centric marketing campaigns

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to expand the reach of promotional initiatives

5. User Feedback Management:
a. Monitor user feedback and sentiments within the community
b. Work closely with customer support to address user concerns and enhance community satisfaction

6. Community Growth Strategies:
a. Contribute ideas and strategies to grow the Yoliday community
b. Identify and engage potential community influencers and advocates
