Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in creating and scheduling posts across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
2. Design graphics and create animated videos using design tools
3. Write engaging captions, select relevant hashtags, and ensure brand consistency across all posts
4. Support the development and maintenance of social media content calendars
5. Research current social media trends and report on competitors' activities to inform strategy
6. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns aimed at increasing audience engagement
7. Monitor comments and messages across platforms, engaging with followers appropriately
8. Manage and grow the company's online community by responding to customer queries, feedback, and mentions in a friendly and timely manner
9. Track and report on social media metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and reach
10. Use analytics tools like Facebook Insights and Google Analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns
11. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve social media performance
12. Upload past papers and predicted papers to the website and create the front page for each paper
13. Optimize the website to improve its ranking on various search engines' first pages using SEO best practices
14. Perform any additional work related to social media and website management as needed
