Bollygrad Studioz is looking for a Social Media Management Intern to manage and grow our YouTube channel, where we celebrate the magic of cinema from around the world from Bollywood to regional Indian films to global blockbusters!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. YouTube Channel Management: Lead content planning, creation, and scheduling for our Bollygrad Studioz YouTube channel, which covers Bollywood, regional Indian cinema, and global films.
2. Audience Engagement: Keep our global community of movie enthusiasts active by responding to comments, messages, and initiating discussions around the latest in cinema.
3. Content Calendar Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan and manage a content calendar filled with trailers, reviews, and movie discussions.
4. Data Analytics: Track YouTube performance metrics and engagement data, providing insights to enhance our content strategy and grow our reach.
5. Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of global cinema trends, from trending movies and new releases to cinematic news, ensuring fresh content ideas that connect with the audience.
6.AI Tools Utilization: Use AI tools for content optimization, and performance analysis to ensure maximum engagement.
7. Research: Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, movie-related topics, and audience preferences to keep our content relevant and exciting.

1. Passion for cinema—whether it's Bollywood, regional Indian films, or international movies.
2. Experience with YouTube content creation.
3. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or analytics.
4. Strong research skills to stay ahead of cinema trends and movie news.
5. Excellent communication skills with a creative and detail-oriented mindset.
6. Familiarity with YouTube analytics and the ability to understand performance metrics.
