Social Media Marketing Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and implement creative social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create and curate engaging multimedia content (text, images, videos, etc.) for multiple social platforms. Develop content plans and editorial calendars. Optimize content for different social channels and audiences. Schedule and publish posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
2. Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels. Respond to comments, and messages, and engage with followers. Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates. Facilitate customer service through social channels.
3. Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Provide reports on key metrics and ROI. Identify trends and insights to improve social media strategies.
4. Set goals and KPIs for social media campaigns. Conduct audience research and competitor analysis. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices. Recommend improvements to increase performance.
5. Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions. Manage social media advertising campaigns. Oversee the budget for social media activities.
6. Work with other teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency. Educate other staff on social media best practices.
