1. Developing engaging, on-brand social media posts and stories that align with the company's voice and goals, including writing captions, researching relevant hashtags, and ensuring resonance with the target audience
2. Creating and editing images, graphics, and short videos for social media platforms using tools like Canva or Photoshop to maintain visual consistency and appeal
3. Scheduling and publishing posts across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), monitoring engagement and responding to comments and messages professionally and promptly
4. Staying up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and suggesting innovative ideas for campaigns or content to drive engagement
5. Tracking the performance of social media posts, analyzing metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions), and providing insights to optimize future content strategies
