Position Overview: We're looking for a passionate individual experienced in video editing, graphic design, social media analytics and proven result in social media management for themselves or prior employer.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generate content ideas and create video content using AI tools
2. Run content analytics, report metrics and suggest action plan to pivot to get more engagement and followers
3. Edit existing videos to create reels and shorts, adding stock images and background music to produce engaging videos for various platforms,
website, and other marketing channels
4. Perform other related tasks as required from time to time
Notes:
1. This internship opportunity provides the potential to convert to a full-time position depending on performance and a 30%-50% raise after 3 months.
2. The time is 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. according to Indian time.

2. can work from 5:30 pm - 1:30 am Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 4:00 am - 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time)

1. Skilled in using AI tools for content generation, editing, content cycle management and social media analytics
2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
3. A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through multimedia content.
4. Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
5. Proven result on one or more social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
