1. Proven work experience in social media management
2. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices
3. Show experience with audience and buyer persona research
4. Have a good understanding of social media KPIs
5. Familiarity with design and publishing tools
6. Possess excellent multitasking skills
7. Be a critical thinker with problem-solving abilities
8. Be a team player
9. Demonstrate good time-management skills
10. Have great interpersonal and communication skills
11. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field is a plus
12. 2+ years of experience in social media management is a plus
13. Be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
14. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
15. Strong organizational and project management skills
16. Have a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
17. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
