About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies: Create comprehensive plans to increase brand awareness and engagement across all social media platforms
2. Content creation: Design, write, and schedule engaging posts, including text, images, videos, and infographics
3. Community management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, addressing their comments and messages promptly
4. Analytics and reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and support overall business goals
6. Trend monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive
7. Campaign management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking
8. Crisis management: Handle any social media crises or negative feedback professionally and efficiently
9. Audience research: Conduct research to understand the target audience and tailor content to their preferences and behaviors
10. Design: Aesthetically and effectively plan and design the journey for the website and other platforms for users

3. Show experience with audience and buyer persona research

4. Have a good understanding of social media KPIs

5. Familiarity with design and publishing tools

6. Possess excellent multitasking skills

7. Be a critical thinker with problem-solving abilities

8. Be a team player

9. Demonstrate good time-management skills

10. Have great interpersonal and communication skills

11. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field is a plus

12. 2+ years of experience in social media management is a plus

13. Be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends

14. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

15. Strong organizational and project management skills

16. Have a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

17. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
