Intern - Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Content Coordination: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure timely creation and delivery of social media posts, reels, and other digital assets.
2. Client Deliverables Management: Track all social media deliverables and ensure they are completed, reviewed, and sent to the client on time.
3. Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the creative, content, and strategy teams to maintain smooth communication and workflow.
4. Social Media Scheduling & Posting: Assist in scheduling posts, managing publishing calendars, and ensuring content goes live as per the planned timeline.
5. Performance Monitoring: Keep track of engagement metrics and insights from different platforms and report key findings to the team for optimization.
6. Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and best practices to suggest new ideas for improving content strategy.
7. Client Communication Support: Help in drafting reports, responding to client queries, and ensuring all client feedback is properly addressed and implemented.
8. Task Follow-ups: Regularly check with the internal team to ensure all assigned tasks are progressing as expected and meet quality standards.
9. Competitor Analysis: Research competitor strategies and industry trends to help refine social media plans and content approaches.
10. Ad Campaign Support: Assist in monitoring paid social media campaigns, analyzing performance, and making necessary optimizations under team guidance.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate between teams and ensure smooth execution of social media strategies.
