About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Strategy: Work closely with the Founder to align actions with the YouTube channel
2. Editorial calendar management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of posts suitable for our various platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
3. Content creation: Develop high-quality visual and written content, including photography and video creation and editing.
4. Moderation: Manage interactions with the community by responding to comments and messages on our platforms.
5 . Analysis and benchmarks: Monitor the latest social media trends in the construction sector and analyze KPIs to adjust content strategies.
