You'll work closely with Content Creators to schedule content in our Social Channels and your areas of work will involve
- Working with Stakeholders, getting their approval for content templates and have that content developed with in-house content creator.
-Schedule posts in in Advance.
-work with product teams to identify and help create Blogs, Helpdesk Articles and Tutorial Videos (using AI of course)
Automate reachout out to potential customers via AI tools.
Provide / brain storm ideas to improve social reach strategy.
