Job Title: Operations and Social Media Intern

Location: Remote (Candidates who can come to office once a week would be preferred)

We are seeking a proactive social media and operations Intern to play a key role in managing our online presence and supporting day-to-day operational activities. Key Responsibilities:

a. Operational support:
1. Support the team in daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing digital files, and preparing presentations.
2. Help in the organization and execution of virtual or live events, including setup, logistics, and follow-up activities.
3. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.

b. Social media management:
1. Manage and update social media profiles to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
2. Assist in developing and implementing content strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
3. Monitor trends and activities on social media platforms to suggest innovative content ideas.
4. Schedule and post content across multiple platforms using management tools to maximize reach and impact.
5. Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages promptly.

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
