2. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
6. Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Experience with graphic design, video editing, or photography is a plus.
10. Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach techniques.
11. Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
