About the work from home job/internship
As a social media manager at WebGenetik Technologies Private Limited, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. You will manage our client's social media profiles, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for outreach and closing new clients through online meetings.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include::
1. Conducting research, finding, reaching out to, and closing new clients from social media platforms
2. Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy
3. Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn & Pinterest)
4. Monitoring and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
5. Handling our clients' social media profiles, ensuring consistent and effective communication
6. Analyzing social media performance metrics and providing insights to optimize strategies
7. Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
8. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
9. Assisting in the creation of social media advertising campaigns

6. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
7. Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
